        Size:      2,100 SQ. Feet, This condo has two bedroom and bathroom.

                              This condo for up to ten people no extra charge. Depending on your
                       sleeping arrangements you may need to bring extra bedding, cots
                       or air mattress for the people in your group.

       Rooms:     2 Bedrooms 11' x 13' big closets. One King size bed and one double
                       Includes: Pillows, Sheets, Blankets & Bath towels,
                       we also have one double couch bed, for your convenience.

1 Living Room 11' x 32' and dinning room.

                       1 Kitchen 11' x 12' With a Gourmet Prep Island, Elect. stove with
                       oven. A large refrigerator. The kitchen has all utensils, pots,
                       pans, coffee maker, & microwave, plus much more you
                       will not need to bring a thing. Note: The food here is good, and
                       readily available, at affordable prices.

2 patio 32' x 36' up Down 30' x 17' with Charcoal Barbecue.

1 front porch & car area 25' x 32'

2 Full Bathrooms 8' x 5' one off of each bedroom with step down shower
with hot water.

A/C and heating very comfortable.

New 19" Color TV with over 150 Channels All HBO
MAX, SHO, ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, DISNEY & ALL Sports.

Price: $170 a night, $1,000 a week 7 nights or $3,500 a month. You can now pay your deposit on line.

Above prices do not include 12% tax.
