View:       Condo # 5 is located three condo back from the beach and within
                walking distance to San Felipe's landmarks. You will have a
                fantastic view of the mountains, the sand dunes and the South coast
                line. You will be close enough to the water to hear the wonderful
                pounding surf. We are located at the end of a private road. Note:
                Condo # 2 is the same floor plan as this condo.

Size:       1,300 SQ. Feet,   This condo for up to ten people no extra charge.
                Depending on your sleeping arrangements you may need to bring
                extra bedding, cots or air mattress for the people in your group.

Rooms:    2 Bedrooms down stairs. 10' x 16' a small desk in each room with 3
                big closets each room has two beds, one single (twin) & one double.
                Includes: Pillows, Sheets, and Blankets.

1 Living Room 19' x 30' Large up stairs.

1 Kitchen 10' x 9' Gas Stove with Oven and large refrigerator.
No kitchen utensil.

1 Large patio 17' x 18' with Charcoal Barbecue up stairs.

2 Bathrooms 9' x 6' one up & one down, each have a large hot
water shower, No bath tub in this unit.

               1 Garage 22' x 14' Large single with door & a large hot water shower
                so you can get the sand off you and the kids, when you come from
                the beach.

Price: $115 a night or $570 a week 7 nights. You can now pay your deposit on line.

Above prices do not include 12% tax.

Don't forget your camera & of course a big smile for all of us down here.

We can arrange for maid service if you like, we can do that when you are here.
